Who is Hosaka-sempai? And why the hell is there an award named after him?
Hosaka-sempai from Minami-Ke is one of the manliest men in all of anime (think Jack Bauer as a chef mixed with Will Ferrell).
He is our favorite character in anime today and has a laughter to screen time ratio of 93.7%, the highest ratio in TV history.
In 2008 The Weekly - Funniest Scene Not Involving Hosaka - Award was created in his honor so that the recipients could bask in all his sweaty glory.
